Hey guys! I’m really excited to share this post with you today. I actually hinted in my “What’s Next for Nia Shalise” post that I wanted to dabble in other creative outlets but I didn’t want to give you guys details until I had solid content down. As you can tell from the title, I am now a YouTuber! Well, I’ve posted one video but that counts for something doesn’t it? My routine has changed a bit since my night beauty routine I posted a couple months ago, so without further ado, here is my Summer Skin Routine:
I’m not too great with visuals so the video medium isn’t exactly my strong suit, but I’ve wanted to make YouTube videos for a really long time. I found it relatively easy to plan out each shot, but when it came down to using the software, I was totally out of my comfort zone. I used so many tutorials to help me figure out how to edit certain pieces together.
Another thing I wasn’t too keen on was recording my voice. I put off doing my voiceovers for days until I finally pulled myself together and did them. To help myself overcome this, my next video will feature me standing up in front of the camera talking.
As you guys can tell, I had a lot of reservations about making the channel and this video, but I’m really glad I did it. I can’t wait to see what else I come up with to share with you guys!
