Hi loves, I figured it was due time that I came out with another outfit spotlight. Not a Get Ready With Me, just a straightforward outfit post.
This memorial day weekend I went out for a casual day of shopping at the outlet mall. I was going for a fun outfit to keep me cool in 9000 degree Florida weather. If I’m totally being honest, it was partially inspired by Siena Mirabella’s latest Summer Outfits of the Week 2017 video. I had already paired my cute crop top with high-waisted jeans and the belt idea from her video was just what it needed to bring the outfit together.
I love that the top is easy to throw on- since I was out shopping that was pretty convenient. More importantly, high-waisted jeans and jean shorts are my vice. I’m pretty sure I’m down to my last one or two pairs of regular jean shorts. I’m not usually a light wash kinda girl but this one didn’t look too rough with my skin tone. I threw on a pair of “fake sneakers” and a simple necklace, quick eyeliner and eyebrow fill in, and I was all set for the day.
